Commercial Cooking

Senior High Commercial Cooking covers a wide range of topics relating to food preparation. Students are encouraged to adopt a professional attitude through participation in a range of catering events.

Commerical Cooking is especially suited to students who are considering careers in the Food Industry, such as Chefs, Cooks, Bakers and Pastry Cooks.
