Leadership Development

Each year students in Years 4-7 have the opportunity to serve as members of the Student Council.  The Student Council meets once a week with the Upper Primary Director to organise competitions, discuss issues and to look at ways of improving the Primary School.  As well as this, Year 7 students have the opportunity to be chosen as a Primary School Captain, Primary Vice-Captain or as a House Captain. 

Year 7 students together with the Upper Primary Director run an assembly each week.  This is a valuable experience for students to develop their public speaking skills and confidence.  The Upper Primary Director also takes the Year 7 students to a number of leadership development courses throughout the year.
