Southern Queensland Institute of TAFE
Senior High students are able to study a nationally recognised certificate level course through the Southern Queensland Institute of TAFE (SQIT) while still at school.
Subjects currently on offer include Automotive, Business, Children Services and Media.
Most courses run for 2 years, so students typically register as part of the Year 10 Senior Education Training Plan (SETP) process.

The College’s Senior High Non-School-Based Elective Parent and Student Agreement, which needs to be signed by students and parents before a TAFE subject is commenced, can be downloaded by clicking here.
