For a small school, Toowoomba Christian College prides itself on still offering a diverse range of subjects to high school students.

In Year 8, students are rotated through all of the electives on offer, to enable them to make informed decisions at the end of the year regarding their Year 9 and 10 choices.

In Years 9 and 10, students are enrolled in the core subjects of English, Mathematics, Science, Christian Studies and Physical Education, and then select 4 elective subjects from the groups provided.

In Years 11 and 12, students are enrolled in the core subjects of English, Mathematics and Christian Studies, and then select 3 elective subjects from the groups provided.
