Textiles is offered as an elective in Years Nine and Ten. Topics include garment construction, interior design, knitting and creative craft.

The study of Textiles can help students to develop creativity and patience, and learn skills which will encourage relaxation in a stressful world.

Textiles maybe suited to students considering the following careers: fashion designer, dress maker, tailor, clothing production worker, retail buyer, pattern cutter.
